At JP Crafty Creations, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for non-customized items.

To initiate a return, please email us at JPCraftyCreations69@gmail.com and include your order number and reason for return.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Customized & Personalized Items

All customized and personalized products are made specifically for you and are final sale. These items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If there is an issue with your custom order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
